How to find us:

We are situated on the state road Cassia, less than 3 miles from the town of Bolsena,

in the county of Viterbo, pretty much equally distant from Rome and Siena.

The entrance to the estate is at the 108,150 Km on the state road Cassia, very visible

as you will find a wide gate with pine-trees on each side.

- By flight/ boat:

The international airport of Rome, Fiumicino is about 140 kms (87,5 miles).

The port of Civitavecchia is approximately 40 kms (25 miles).

- Coming from NORTH:

Motorway A1, get the exit in the direction of Orvieto and follow the direction of Bolsena.

Once in the town of Bolsena, get onto the state road Cassia in the direction of Rome

and exactly at the km. 108,150 (indicated) you will find us.

If you come from Siena, it’s approximately 115 kms (71 miles).

- Coming from SOUTH:

Motorway A1, you get the exit at Orte, get on the route into the direction of Viterbo;

get to the exit at Siena/Bolsena, continue on the state road Cassia until you reach km. 108,150.

From Rome SS 2 Cassia Veientana in the direction of Viterbo/Siena pass Montefiascone

as far as to Km 108,150 of the state road Cassia it’s approximately 105 kms (65 miles).

- By train:

By rail to Orvieto, Viterbo or Rome and continuing by bus.

- Orvieto is 20 Km (12 miles) away from the farmhouse on the railway line Roma-Firenze.

- Viterbo is 30 km (18 miles) way from the farmhouse on the railway line Roma -Viterbo.
